Q. What is the difference between an All in one diaper and a Pocket diaper?
A. An All in One is basically how it sounds. It has everything you need combined into one diaper. A pocket diaper requires you to put a insert into the pocket of it.


Q. How long does it take to process my order?
A. We try to process the order right away but an order can take 3-5 business days to get shipped depending on the amount of orders being processed. Many orders should be a lot faster than that.


Q. What shipping methods can I use?
A. We generally use UPS and USPS if you would like to use a different carrier, contact me and I would be happy to have that shipped out to a carrier of your choice.


Q. I would like to get a several different brands but at a bundled discount. Is this possible?
A. Certainly all you need to do is email us with the types and or brands of diapers that you are interested and we will create a custom diaper bundle to fit your needs and still get the advantage of saving money through a bundle.


Q. How long will cloth diapers last?
A. Depending on how you take care of them cloth diapers should last from birth to potty training and then on to your next children. It also depends on how many diapers you have. For example, the more diapers the less wear and tear. Less diapers more wear and tear.


Q. What is your return policy?
A. There are two options. The first option is returning the item and receiving credit. This must be done within 21 days on the invoice date. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns receiving credit. We will then credit back your form of payment in which it was received. The second option is a store credit if you choose this options you have 90 days to return your item at full purchase price. When we receive the item we will issue a store gift certificate for that amount. Conditions for either choice of refund. If you receive free shipping on your item. The original shipping amount will be deducted from the return amount. All items must also be in unused, and unwashed original condition which means original packaging and free of smoke, pet hair, odors etc. All returns must have a valid receipt or invoice showing the date and price paid.


Q. Do you charge tax on purchases?
A. We only charge state tax if you reside in Utah.


Q. What payment methods do you take?
A. We take Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover on our website. You can also save time and pay directly with your paypal account. Another option would be to pay by check or money order through mail


Q. How do I know my information such as credit card is secure?
A. Although we use a shared security key, this key is secure for our site.
